Anoushka Gungadin is an experienced CEO, entrepreneur, non-executive director (NED) and international speaker with a career across four continents in the last 20 years, working at the intersection of people, impact and technology.
Anoushka is the ANZ Director of Strategic Partnership for HeraMED, an ASX listed medtech company leading the digital transformation of maternal health and pregnancy care. She is the founder of GlobalCQ, an award-winning business that consults and connects employers and Boards to diverse talent. Anoushka is a researcher, author and speaker and specialises in inclusive leadership, cultural intelligence, technology & the future of work.
As a NED, Anoushka is on the Deakin University Council and on the Boards of the health tech ImageryWorks, Fintech InfoSys, Anglo African Investment Group and Ed tech GetMee.ai. She heads up TiE Women in Melbourne, a global entrepreneurship, mentoring and capital raising platform for women.
Her previous career includes, founding CEO of the Australia India Chamber of Commerce, set up to drive the bilateral economic relationship at corporate and Government levels and CEO of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award in Victoria. For over a decade Anoushka was based in Beijing where she headed up finance and client management for international French law firm, Gide. Anoushka’s experience includes working and consulting with global brands like L’Oreal, Reliance, Petronas and Mondelez.
Multilingual, Anoushka is a trained economist, holds an MBA and is an Associate Certified Coach.
