We are seeking a qualified Teacher Assistant to join our outstanding team on an ongoing basis in the Early Learning Centre. This part-time position commences in Term 3, 2023 and can relieve staff in both 3 and 4 year old classes during lunch and morning breaks. The working hours for this position are Monday-Thursday (inclusive) for 4 hours and Friday for 2 hours.
This role works closely and collaboratively with the ELC Teacher or Assistant in each room and is integral to the care, support and development of our youngest learners.
To be successful in your application, you must have a minimum Certificate III in Children’s Services (a Diploma in Children’s Services would be an advantage), a Working with Children Card, and current First Aid, CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis training. We are also seeking staff who are experienced, hardworking and enthusiastic, and have a genuine knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
