Company members attend and vote at the AGM, held in May each year, and are welcomed as active members of the community.  Many find it provides an avenue to remain connected with the School.

The School’s Board of Management draws four of its members from the pool of company members as required by the Constitution.  From time to time vacancies occur on Board sub-committees such as the Finance, Development and Community Engagement, and Property sub-committees where valuable experience and knowledge can be shared.  The Board also seeks Directors from this pool as vacant roles with key skill sets become available.  Along with working as a member of the School’s Board of Management, providing oversight in the operation and strategic direction of the School, valuable experience is gained as a Company Director.

Company membership is $22 per annum, with Company Life membership set at $200.

NEW Opportunity – Board Observer

Beginning in 2026, we are offering two positions annually to alumni, who are company members, to be Board Observers.  This opportunity is open to individuals who graduated more than 7 years ago and up to 17, a 10-year window.  It would be a one-year appointment from AGM to AGM providing the opportunity for alumni to have insight into the role of the Board and responsibilities of Board Directors, with the potential for them to join the Board at some time in the future or simply support their professional learning and possible roles on other Boards.
