After exploring various roles, Stella discovered a passion for human-centred design during her time in management consulting at KPMG. Inspired by concepts like empathy and creativity, which resonated deeply from Stella’s studies at Fintona, she transitioned into a career as a designer. Currently working at a design studio, Stella collaborates with purpose-led organisations in disability, child safety, aged care and government, employing user research to design impactful digital solutions.
